User Privacy Choices
This page explains the privacy controls available to QingmingDream users, including cloud sync choices, AI processing choices, account deletion, subscription management, and privacy requests.

Privacy Choices at a Glance
- Use the app locally without signing in for dream journaling and practice.
- Choose whether to sign in, enable cloud sync, request cloud interpretation, use speech input, or purchase Premium.
- Export a JSON backup before deleting local records or changing devices.
- Delete your account in the app when you want QingmingDream to request removal of your Supabase account and cloud content.
Choices Inside QingmingDream
- Cloud sync: sign in and choose a sync mode only when you want device data to sync through Supabase.
- AI interpretation: dream content is sent only when you tap to generate an interpretation or send a follow-up question.
- Speech input: audio is processed only when you actively start speech input.
- Notifications: reminder details can be kept private in the app's notification settings.
- Local data: use Data & Privacy settings to export, restore recently deleted items, permanently delete records, or delete the account.
Subscription Choices
- Cancel Premium auto-renewal through Apple's subscription management page.
- Deleting a QingmingDream account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
- Refund requests are handled through Apple's App Store process.
Opt-Out and Sale/Sharing Statement
- QingmingDream does not sell personal data.
- QingmingDream does not use third-party advertising tracking in the current version.
