Terms of Service

Purpose

QingmingDream is provided for dream journaling, lucid dreaming practice, and AI-assisted reflection. By using the app, users acknowledge and accept these terms.

Subscription

• QingmingDream Premium provides higher AI interpretation and follow-up limits and data-management features for long-term practice.
• Payment and auto-renewal are handled by Apple. Price, period, and trial information are shown on the App Store purchase sheet.
• The subscription is associated with the current signed-in account. Purchases, restores, and entitlement sync verify Apple transactions and account ownership.
• After cancellation, premium access remains available until the end of the paid period.
• Users can cancel auto-renewal through Apple's subscription management. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription or request a refund.

Content Boundaries

• Dream interpretations are for entertainment, self-recording, and lucid dreaming practice reference.
• The app does not provide psychological, medical, legal, financial, or real-world decision advice.
• If nightmares, sleep issues, or emotional distress affect daily life, users should seek professional support first.

Account and Data

• Users can delete their Supabase account and clear local app data inside the app.
• Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions and does not request a refund from Apple.
• Users are responsible for the content they record, import, export, share, and back up.

Service Availability

• Local journaling does not require a premium subscription.
• Account features, cloud sync, cloud interpretation, and membership verification depend on network and service availability.
• Cloud features may be limited for security, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or necessary maintenance.

Standard EULA

Unless separately stated, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies.
